Great place to stay!

Really nice, cared for and sensibly organized place. Was impressed at how effectively space was used to provide all you need without creating cluttering effect. Everything is just in the right place, neat and clean.

Would highly recommend!

Excellent! Easy 20 minute walk from main train station. Grocery shops nearby and only a 10 minute walk from main high street. Great location for getting to the centre of Vienna.

Comfortable, well decorated, fully equipped in kitchen and bathroom with a washer and towel heating rack, great water pressure to get you relaxed after all day walking, and very convenient to metro transportation and supermarket, we ate breakfast every day during our visit. Management is very accommodating. And extra exercise using the stairs!

My stay had a few positive aspects, such as a spacious room with good appliances and easy access to public transport to the city center. However, several issues seriously affected the experience. The Wi-Fi was extremely slow, the listing claimed to have a queen bed but it was actually two single beds pushed together, the pillows were very thin and the mattress uncomfortable. Noise isolation was poor, and sounds from other rooms were clearly audible. They also provided a used dish sponge. At the end of my stay, when I checked under the bed, I found a thick layer of dust and even food packaging from previous guests, showing that the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. Additionally, I wasn’t allowed to use the air conditioning, and the neighborhood felt unsafe. Overall, the stay fell far below expectations.

As soon as we entered the room, it smelled really nice as there was an automatic air refresher. Also the room was very clean and new and it made our stay comfortable. The response from the host was very fast and friendly. I personally liked that there were many dishes and mugs in the kitchen so that we didn’t need to wash them often. We’d like to stay here again next time we’re in Vienna. Highly recommended!

The room was fine comfortable large clean. It was on the third floor no elevator it would be nice if they would have that in the description of the property. The i ternet was spotty at times.. on sunday a cleanimg person let themselves into my room did not knock just walked in while i was there later i saw an email saying someone would be there. I onlly had one day left need better communication.

Property was very accommodating when I asked day before to change floors due to disability as apt does not have lift. My apt was long but narrow there were a couple of ideas I shared with owners but nothing that would stop me staying there. Was very clean. Has dishwasher and washing machine. I thought they could have left more than two pods of coffee one normal tea bag and one earl grey. There were no little packets of sugar and no milk. This was ok for me but if you take milk or sugar and arrive late take your own if you would want a cuppa after a long journey.

Ok, apart from one or 2 issues

I walked to first floor my room was 14. First thing i noticed on that floor was a police notice pinned to the door of no.12. I wondered what it was.after google translating ,i discovered that room was clised down due to prostitution !!!!.. ok, my apartment was ok tbf, no oven, but a washing machine, microwave ,stove,kettle etc all good , only drawback was tgat the door to tge bedroom wouldnt shut so i gad to put their iron up so it wouldnt open . I spoke with them about this ..via text. They saud theyll check it , never did.then later i mentioned the notice on room12, they said the cleaner would sort. Their cystomer service is lacking tstl. The checkout could be 11.its 10.

Great option for summer

I will star with the very positive. CHECK IN: was seamless CLEAN: the apartment was spotless COMFORT: great shower and comfortable bed LOCATION: close to transit and good local amenities And the few negative points LAYOUT: the dining/living room of our business suite was not attached to the main part of the apartment. You had to open two doors and walk through a small private patio to reach it. Fine if the weather is nice and you can leave the doors open, but very annoying when you are carrying your meal or it's raining. Technically it could have been possible to also cross via the public hallway, which I would have preferred, but the second door was locked. SCENT: there was a perfume diffuser in a part of the apartment and I wasn't able to turn it off, so not great if you have a scent sensitivity.
