A part if the old city in Vienna. You can walk pretty much anywhere you like. The in-house bar has a great selection, and you are surrounded by more food options than you can dream of.

Excellent property, amazing staff, extremely helpful and pleasant, room not fancy but still very nice and very clean with a size a bit bigger than the European standards. Housekeeping was amazing and front desk staff were excellent Location is unreal. Definitely the best location in Vienna for walking, shopping, dining, so close to everything and to so many attractions, less than 5 minutes walk to the main City Centre. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant but I heard from other guests that breakfast was really good.

The hotel has a fantastic location. Everything was within walking distance, including luxury shopping, excellent restaurants, and many of the city’s top attractions. We hardly needed any transportation because it was so convenient to walk everywhere. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the hotel was clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s an excellent place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city and explore on foot.

Everything was very good, clean, supportive stuff and was a great location. The only thing is that I was trying to reach out to the hotel to ask for an early check in by mail and through Expedia a week before, but they didn’t react and didn’t answer. I think they should be more attentive to what their clients write and read mail more carefully .

Our stay at Steigenberger Hotel Herrenhof was excellent. The location is perfect, within walking distance of many of Vienna’s main attractions, cafés, and shopping areas. While we found the Superior Room a little compact for our preferences, we upgraded to a Deluxe Room, which was spacious, comfortable, and well worth it. A special thank you to Mr. Lang, who was extremely helpful and professional in arranging the upgrade. His friendly attitude and willingness to assist made a real difference to our stay. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide selection of fresh and high-quality items. The staff throughout the hotel were warm, welcoming, and attentive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return on a future visit to Vienna.
