I don't cook much when I travel, but the kitchen had what I needed to reheat leftovers, make coffee and tea, etc The location is excellent - I love staying in this area. Subway, bus and streetcar are all close and you have your choice of shops. This is my second stay at this property and I wouldn't hesitate to come back.

Great for families - would stay again.

Really easy check-in process as with all Numa properties, lots of communication and seemed to have staff on-site in case anything went wrong. Location is central - next to the aquarium and five mins from both Mariahilfer Str and Naschmarkt - but no noise.

We very much enjoyed the peace and quiet of the area and the fact that we could just come and go to our apartment without any fuss. It was a very relaxing pace to stay and perfect for chillingafter a hard days slog round Vienna.

The location was really good. A Spar grocery store was just down the street. A major shopping street (Mariahilfer str) was only a block away. Easy bus and subway access. I didn't care for the fact that most of the communication was through AI. I had a few issues with my phone and would have liked other options of getting in touch with reception . An intercom for example. Otherwise it was great. Room was very spacious.

Amazing property close to Mariahilf shopping area. Traditional Viennese restos close by where we tried ale. Schnitzel. Amenities in the apartment are top notch. Very spacious and provided necessary items for a very comfortable stay (washing pods and dishwasher tabs, coffee pods) The sheets were very nice and the pillows were wonderful. Stove and washing machine need clearer instructions. We pressed random buttons and managed to have it work but we wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out. Stove was locked so you need to press the up and down button simultaneously to unlock and then you can use the induction stovetop. Overall, would consider staying here again because we enjoyed it thoroughly!

Room was clean, everything looked new, and location was very convenient. The problem was that weather was hot and there was no AC and only one fan in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well for two nights.

The apartment was beautifully furnished with modern touches, like a great kitchenette and perfect modern bathroom. The surprise treats and the stocked coffee and tea made it feel very welcoming, too! It was comfortable and exceptionally clean. The building also felt very safe. The location is great, near the Mariahilfer Strasse, and also convenient for accessing the U3 (a 5 min walk) and the U4 (a 6-7 min walk) as well as a major bus line running right outside the door. This made getting around Vienna a breeze. I enjoyed my stay so much that I will look for Numa properties when I return and in other cities as well. Thank you for a great stay!

The communication with the property management is very organized. Although I never personally interacted with anyone, I was still kept informed and felt as if someone were available should I need. The property is well maintained and comfortable. Having a washer/dryer was a huge plus. The only minor issue was that the seal around the shower was leaking water out. Also, the photos made the living room seem larger, but when the sofa bed was open, it was a bit tight to move around. However, I would stay there again.
