It was cool hotel I liked how the bed was elevated above everything else. Good amenities too. The tram and bus stop right at the front door was very convenient and made a trip from a hotel further from the city center than I'd normally pick very convenient.

Very pleasant and friendly Filipino Staff during Check in & check out . Except for the big guy who 's on duty last night..he ignored my friend eho wants to ask for a towel . He didn't even say hi when she was there standing and waiting for a long time. My friend was upset. Nevertheless , Hotel is excellent and the Team Filipino Staff. Two thumbs up! The property was very clean! I loved how secure it was, the fact that we had access codes especially late at night, made me feel safer! Security was definitely 10! I liked the location as well! Tram 62/62A was right outside the property and had good links to the centre! I found that convenient! Staff were okay during check in, however, I made a request for a taxi to take me to the airport and I highly doubt that the staff that attended to me actually made the reservation. I had to remind her to note down my name and room number, anyways the taxi never showed up and that was very disappointing! Overall the place was clean and okay.
