We chose the hotel because of the good transport connections and the metro stations were right next door. Otherwise, there wasn't really anything to see in the area and it was a bit restless in some places. The hotel was in good condition, clean, quiet, easy and quick check in and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Comfy but small

Appreciated ease of checking in. Dining area in hotel not ideal. Very congested. Bedroom ok for two people but a little on the small side. Very warm rooms. Unable to reduce air conditioning to less than 18c. Tain nose quite annoying.

The location around the hotel did look a bit weird on approach but it was a lovely hotel. Rooms were ok but breakfast was a bit limited and not replenished in a timely manner. No irons in room and had to put down 10 euros as a holding deposit for the iron. Never had to do that before in any hotel so not sure if it’s standard practice in Austrian hotels. We used Ubers and bolts throughout so cannot comment on the public transport. We were allowed to check in early to 2 of our 3 rooms so that’s a plus.

Great location, close to subway and tram. The price was good for being close to inner city. Our room was on the side of the subway rails and was rather loud. Ear plugs if you need them is suggested.

Spacious and modern room which was kept clean everyday. Comfortable bed. The hotel is at a walking distance from an U4 metro station. I found the shower difficult to use without making the whole bathroom floor wet as there was no shower door or curtain, but no other complaints. I would stay here again.

We can ssy that the hotel staf were great, specialy a guy named milan. The aircondition was not that good. It is a noisy envoierment because of the subway near the hotel. The hotel is 4 k.m from the center , so you need the subway.

This hotel is clean and has confotable & modern rooms. The hotel is situated next to a metro line and a busy street, and the noise of the rails and street can be heard in the rooms facing them. So I recommend using ear plugs if necessary. But overall, a this is a nice hotel for budget travellers.

Excellent hotel at a great location

Excellent hotel at a perfect location, my family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, reaching the city center just within a few min away as there is a metro line near by the hotel, we reached the hotel earlier than the stated checking time, however, without any issues we were able to check in as soon as we reached the hotel, from the airport its easy to reach the hotel just by the city airport train and then take the metro to the hotel, so its really convenient for us in terms of finding the hotel. Room service sometimes not punctual as they come late on the day, but its not a major issue for us as they are kind and happy to assist whenever we request the room service.Rooms are cleaned and exactly looks in the pictures.

The property itself is clean and the room looks modern. It is near to the U4 tube and therefore easily assessable to most tourist spots. Please remember to bring your own slippers as they don’t provided it. Though you may ask the front desk for one, it is not guaranteed you can get it. For me, it was out of stock when I asked… :(

I liked the warm welcome by the front office staff and generally friendly and helpful staff. I enjoyed the variety of breakfast options and the slightly extended time for the breakfast service. Also the hotel exudes a new and fresh feel. I did not like the washroom and toilet design as the shutter closes only one part exposing the other and the shower screen does not prevent water spilling into the floor beneath the sink which has weak drainage or ventilation causing water to pond for an extended time. Also the room air conditioning could not be adjusted to the temperature of your choice (always returns to a preset temperature). Overall, both my partner and I had a very pleasant stay at your hotel.

Overbooked

We arrived at the hotel after a long trip and were told that the hotel was overbooked and didn’t have the room we had already payed for. We were offered two single rooms in the hotel despite having booked a double room as a couple, or a room in one of their other hotels. The first night was in their nearby hotel and the next two were back in this hotel. We had to ask for breakfast on the house as a compensation, as the receptionist didn’t think it was that big of a problem from the beginning. The trips between the hotels were payed by the hotel, but in overall it’s not an experience you want, when you had prepaid and expect to receive what you had been sold. The hotel itself was nice and seemed new, breakfast was fine. Good location close to public transport options. If things could go smoothly for them, I would recommend.

No room service. They confidently say their front desk is 24hrs but there is no way to reach them from your room. They ask you to email but wont respond anyway. They cant be bothered. Youll have to physically go down each time you need something. Toilet no bidet. Shower area is open so water gets everywhere in the sink area. No toiletries provided except soap. Bed is comfortable. Train noise all day, cant sleep. No heating. Its 22 degress or nothing. I had to turn the main off to just not have it at all. They wont help with bags, not even bring it up. Youre on your own. If you just need a place to sleep and dont require any service, this place is fine but not worth the price without service. They have a tablet in the room that was supposed to send an email to them if you need something. But even the front desk person didnt know where is the button for that, nor can be bothered to find out. Technology and service isnt their strong suit, so dont expect much. Never recommending this place to anyone.
