Ótima apartamento em Viena

O apartamento tem um bom tamanho e é confortável. Tem ponto de metro e ônibus próximo, que facilita a locomoção para os pontos turísticos. Nas proximidades tem supermercado e restaurantes.

Atraso na entrega das chaves

A pessoa que foi nos entregar as chaves chegou com 2 horas de atraso do horário combinado. Tentamos contato telefônico mas ninguém atendeu. Enviaram e-mail pedindo desculpas mas, depois de aeroporto, voo, metrô e caminhada 2 horas de espera foi muito desconfortante. Além disso, o aquecedor de toalhas não estava funcionando e contávamos com isso para lavar roupas ( um dos motivos de ter alugado apartamento era esta nossa necessidade).

Great for longer vacations!

Since our daughter lives in Vienna, we stay a bit longer than is comfortable in a hotel. We chose the apartment on Kaiserstrassa because of its location to our daughter and its amenities. It was perfect for us! It was nice having a kitchen to prepare meals, very easy to walk to the grocery down the street (Billa), and a perfect location to grab all the modes of Vienna's wonderful transportation system. We would definately stay here again!

Comfortable apartment at Convenient location

Our first impression was not so good as we had to wait on a barren street with not much of good shops or amenities in sight. However, once we got into the apartment after going through an old alley way and bare corridor, the apartment was surprisingly decent and well equipped with comfortable furniture and a reasonably well stocked kitchenette. In fact the condition of the apartment was much better than the photo on the website. It was clean and comfortable and the sofa in the living room can comfortably accommodate another adult or 2 children. I was also pleasantly surprised that essential seasonings such as salt and some rice was also provided in the kitchenette. The fridge size was also generous. Though the street where it is on does not have much amenities, public transport is available nearby. The major train and underground stations Westbahnhof is a very short walk away, making it very convenient to get to any part of Vienna. For able-bodies, the shopping street nearby is accessible by foot and stretches all the way to MuseumQuarters. There is air-conditioning in the apartment hence hot summer months are not an issue. The balcony provides good ventilation. The apartment would have been a good longer stay for families if laundry facilities can be provided. Do note luggage storage is not necessarily available after checkout at the apartment, though we were able to haul our large luggage all the way to the train station for storage. For those who can't, it may be an issue.

Hotel bem localizado

Ficamos hospedados por 3 dias, houve a falta de algumas panelas para cozinhar e a ducha do chuveiro estava com vazamento. Avisamos o rapaz que trouxe posteriormente as panelas,que viria no dia seguinte consertar, mas não apareceu. Apartamento bem localizado, mas acredito que deveria ter alguma melhoria, como por exemplo uma maquina de lavar roupa, mais utensílios para cozinhar.

Nice overall loft

A very nice apartment close to the center and the shopping street. Everything is close to it (1-2 blocks away). Comfortable bed, quiet enough during night, one of the best options to stay there when you want to see the city. Very pleased overall.

깔끔하고 편안한 아파트.

아파트먼트 상태는 아주 청결하며 현재 올라와 있는 사진을 믿고 가면 됨. 편안하고 청결함. 숙소 내부에서의 불편함은 거의 없을듯 함. 서역에서 걸어서 5~6분정도, 짐이 있으면 10분 정도 걸리는 듯 함. 트램이 바로 앞에 다니고 있으나 중심가로 들어가기 위해선 트램을 한 두번 정도 갈아 타야 함. 하지만 트램이 늦게까지 다님.
