Very easy and all online check-in experience. Room keys are sent via their mobile app for check-in and uses Bluetooth. Salon area is nice and all day access to coffee is great. The exterior and entrance were unusual for this American, you enter off a busy pedestrian street and go through an ugly vacant room to the elevator which takes you up to the lobby. The lobby is very nice and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I would stay here again.
