Summer vacation july 2024
We stayed 4 nights in July 2024. The apartment (217) was clean, hade everything we needed and had a beatuifum view of the mountains from the balcony. The common swimming pool area was also nice and clean with a play room and washing facilities.
We experienced very easy and good communication with the reception desk and the personell there. We had a problem with a wasp nest and they took it very serious, managed to remove it and the management even gave us a compensation for the trouble we experienced.
A nice experience overall, we would definitly go back!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und sauber. Leider war es genau die Zeit bei der die meisten Lifte in der Pause sind. Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft wirklich sehr schön und das Frühstück ist lecker

Die ganze Buchung basierte auf einer arglistigen Täuschung. Uns wurden Bilder einer neuen Unterkunft angeboten und erhalten haben wir ein völlig verdrecktes altes Apartment. Die Rückabwicklung erwies sich als sehr schwierig heraus da die Verwaltung und die notbedürftig besetzte Rezeption sich nicht kooperativ und unwissend sich darstelten. Erst als ich Expedia einschaltetet wurde meine Rückzahlung veranlasst, Aber auch dies auf zwei Etappen angeblich wegen Computer Probleme. Was für ein dreistes Verhalten. Ich kann jedem nur abraten hier zu buchen

Es war sehr wunderbar, in der Zimmer sehr sauber und praktisch alles neues von Möbeln, sehr frische und neue Badetücher und im Sauna auch.
Es hat unserer Erwartungen getroffen und wir sind voll zufrieden.
Das Wasser aus dem Leitung ist super sauber fast wie Umkehrosmose, schöne Blicke auf die Berge und berauschende Klänge aus den Bergen.
Wir kommen noch dorthin!

Renovierte Wohnung, aber leider das Badezimmer nicht. Dusche sollte besser gereinigt werden. Bei den Mülltonnen herrscht leider Chaos. Müll liegt am Boden tagelang. Dort ist aber auch der PKW Stellplatz und der Eingang zu Pizzeria.
