"Everything was fine, location closed to city center. The breakfast is good."

"Super beautiful property in a beautiful environment. Highly recommend. Breakfast was phenomenal."

"Beautiful hotel once you get used to the maze and bunker style halls ways. If you haven't got a car getting to a from town is either 30 or 10 mins depending on which route you take. The 10 mins is a steep path. You'll need some fitness."

"Great proximity to the water however we were in the lower rooms facing the water and it was terribly noisy from the train. Hard to sleep & very very loud. I would book high up room or rooms Facing the town."

There was a balcony that looked towards the mountains that we enjoyed sitting on in the evening to watch the sun set. Room was comfortable and clean. I hadn’t realised when booking that in the summer months the restaurant isn’t open in the evenings. Whilst there are lots of lovely eateries in Zell Am See for us this was an inconvenience simply that we...

"First I must say this is a new looking hotel, nice and pleasant. Upon our arrival we got the room but it had a sewar odor, after telling the receptionist, they said this happens when the room is unoccupied for a while, so we got another room. Regarding the room, it says that there is a cealing cooling system, and unfortunately, It did not provide. There is no way to control the temp, we were there in June and it was hot. When we checked in we were asked if we must have everyday cleaning, and we...

"Amazing! Service, Hotel Grounds, Breakfast, all top notch! Wish we had more than night to spend at this special place."
