Had a room reserved through the Expedia app. When we arrived a little after 10pm we were told there were no more rooms available…basically they gave our room to someone else that was a walk in. I never received communication from the hotel nor Expedia; I know they used my reservation because I received an email around 8pm saying ‘thanks for checking in’ which I thought was odd. The receptionist told me he was able to find a room at a different hotel for us, which was a 7-8min drive away…we had no choice but to accept since he literally said all rooms were booked and there was nothing else he could do. Mind you we’re tired, I’m pregnant and we know this was the best hotel in the area. All others have low ratings and not in the safest areas. The hotel he chose for us was terrible; the walls were so thin we heard every word from our neighbors and every foot step from the neighbors above. Our sleep was ruined and so was the end of our trip. The room smelled and although customer service was nice it doesn’t make up for such a last minute change and giving our room away. I’ve never experienced anything like this from reserving a room through the app. I’ve traveled both nationwide and international without ever dealing with my reservation being given away. Clearly the only reason I can write a review is because they used my reservation….Best part about it we didn’t have to pay a dime, but I would have rather paid for better sleep and peace of mind.

The staff was nice. There is not enough parking. We had went out for the day and our room didnt get cleaned trash was still left there bathroom didnt get cleaned or anything. When we called down to the front desk they said they only clean the room every 3 days which I find gross.

I would have liked a magnifying mirror in the bathroom, as many other hotels have. The breakfast was served supposedly until 9:00 am, but if items ran out (waffles, eggs) by 8:30 or 8:45 they were not available to guests. It seemed a little less than a welcome atmosphere that experienced at other hotels before.

This wasn't the best breakfast we have had. It was okay. Hampton inn is much better. Staff is very friendly. But if you are a smoker. They have no place for you to sit down. I am disabled and if it wasn't for Jordan the secure guard that helped me get up on my husband's tail gate I would have been standing out in the parking lot. Jordan also watched over me to make sure I was safe. So kudos to him.

This is the not our first stay here. The staff is always friendly and professional. The room was clean and in good condition. The buffet breakfast is good with an ample selection of food. My only suggestion would be that since the movement away from daily service in the rooms that they at least replace the coffee and coffee cups each day. I like coffee first thing and don’t feel like getting dressed and going downstairs to get a cup.
