"Pool water was warm, staff was friendly, but at check in our room wasnt available and we got stuck into a tiny room, we did get moved the next day but it still was not the deluxe room i booked. "

"Save yourself a headache and look elsewhere. This hotel is a nightmare. I've been trying to get a hold of customer service, and I have had no luck. It's by far the worst hospitality. The room and floor were dirty, the shower curtain had mold. I have asthma, and children were staying in the room. Apparently, customer safety is not their thing. Also, if you want to wake up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm, stay here."

"My stay was overall comfortable and enjoyable. There was an elevator that was an inconvenience the whole trip and I’m assuming it will get fixed at some point. As far as the service it was excellent. The hotel could do with cleaner or new rugs, perhaps a new paint job or a deep cleaning of the walls. Overall satisfactory."

"The staff was outstandingly kind and helpful. The hotel room was very nice and neat but could you use a little bit of repair on certain things. The breakfast was really nice and the breakfast area extremely comfortable. I would say the only thing that I found surprising is that really anyone could have followed me in the elevator to my floor. There was no security- having to check at the entrance with your card that leads you to the room could have been an added security feeling. There should be a system where at any point someone could come to you and ask you to validate the fact that you are a guest. But overall a wonderful state and again the staff was amazing"

"I watched Mike at the front desk be so patient with a guest who kept asking question after question (at least 15 min), great host. Welcome champagne was tasty. Rooms were clean and spacious. This gym has been by far one of the best hotel gyms that I've had the pleasure of working out in. The AC was right in my face for some workouts, but other than that, great gym. Didn't get a chance to eat, but the menu looked good. Will be returning next time I'm in Atlanta. "
