"Lovely newly renovated hotel in the centre of Vicenza. Lovely lady greeted us when we arrived early to leave our luggage. She was lovely and very helpful as were other staff. Nice buffet breakfast."

Good location, clean room and excellent staff
"We really enjoyed the easiness to get to, the cleanliness of the room, and the service of the staff. Our first night was a bit of a struggle because we could not figure out the air conditioning but for the second night with help from the staff we got it working. It was very clean."

"Brand new apartment building. Really nice apartment and great value. We had the most comfortable bed of the trip so far.
