"An amazing hotel. Originally a monastery and the design and decor is incredible. Rooms are set up in the original monastery cells, and you have to duck to get through the door! Right outside is a Roman ruin. Parking is right behind the hotel. It is friendly and clean and an absolutely fabulous location. "

"The staff was very nice and the hotel’s layout and shared spaces were better than expected. We had trouble with only having one key, having to use it to get the lights to work, and getting the room cool enough - but that could be due to EU bureaucratic meddling."

"Five-star hotel with true five-star service! The staff were very helpful and accommodating, and went out their way to make our stay enjoyable. Facilities are stunning (on newer side) and good amenities with tennis/paddle/pickelball courts, gym and heated pool. Only thing missing for a five-star hotel at that price range would be a sauna and/or steam room. Breakfast was included and very good. Would stay again."

"Lovely character hotel with lots of charm and history! The staff at reception were excellent and very helpful. Our room was a good size with a big wardrobe, desk, and windows. The bathroom was also a good size with a shower and tub. Very quiet for sleeping. The hotel breakfast had lots of food options and was in a grand dining room or out on the terrace. We would absolutely come back to this hotel! "

Le restaurant offre de belles propositions traditionnelles pour le souper et le buffet du déjeuner est généreux et délicieux. Le service est impeccable, particulièrement Bruna qui nous a si bien servis à la salle à manger et la dame à l’accueil aussi d’une grande gentillesse. We also loved all the walking trails and got to see a lot of stars at night on the trails. The hotel staff was wonderful and the property was amazing.
