"Great location and overall a wonderful stay! The laundry facilities were a huge bonus, and the amenities were excellent. The gym and pool were both incredible and well worth using. The only area for improvement would be the rooms, which could have been a bit cleaner and better maintained. Overall, I would definitely stay here again."

8/10 Good
"The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We spent time at the pool and had breakfast on one of the days. We also visited the spa. Our executive room had 2 beds and view of the river. It was large, clean and well appointed, perfect for my daughter and I. The downside to this hotel is that it is a ways out of Florence centre, about a half hour walk and not sure i would be comfortable walking at night in the area. They do offer a free shuttle however the times did not always work for us. We took taxis because it was too hot to walk or too late in the evening and the price of the taxi's did add up over our 3 day stay. Our facials at the spa were just ok. Beautiful environment but not sure they are worth the price. Pool area filled up fast due to the hot weather. If you want to be away from the centre of Florence, this is a great choice."
"The location was very convenient, across the train station.
The room was very clean but when we opened one of the drawers we found a bunch of men underwear and socks. Kinda disgusting.
In the bathroom the bar supporting the shower constantly falling off, the hotel needs some TLC
The rest was good . Kudos for offering 2 extra pillows!"
"I am thrilled to write a review about this hotel. Perhaps one of the best gems we've found during our European travels. The hotel is small and quiet, and sits just outside the over-trodden touristy areas of Florence. We found that it was a convenient walk into the city center though! Much better than the poor tourists pushing and dragging their luggage over the cobblestones to the hotels in city center. This hotel offered great security, including underground parking and a reasonable valet fee. The pool and spa are glorious! Well maintained and comfortable without being ostentatious. The breakfast was amazing, great choices and variety and all freshly prepared. The hotel does not have a restaurant for dinner, however we did not mind it at all, with so many great eateries nearby, and front desk staff willing to make recommendations and reservations for us. Our room was large, with a kitchenette and refrigerator and comfortable sleeping for a family of three."
"Great location that was pretty central to transportation hubs and shopping, dinning. Loved the professionalism and friendliness of staff, everyone from the front desk to management was A+ for customer service. Would definitely recommend checking this hotel out."
"Rooftop pool (and the associated view) are absolutely incredible. The hotel itself is a little dated in decor / fixtures but clean and well-staffed (the staff switched the placement of the turndown service when they noticed I slept on the other side of the bed. The single room was a little tight, but it was everything I needed as a home base for a few days of solo travel in Florence. Location is just a little bit outside the heart of downtown by foot (in a good way), so expect to add on some extra steps going back and forth."
