Columbus Urban is a beautiful property far from the Center but close enough to walk. Beautifully crafted. Nice and Luxurious! I will recommend this Hotel to my friends!

This is a new clean hotel, No frills but decent amenities, good service, good condition. The hotel is located far from City center and it’s not always easy to find a taxi not much to see in the area. The hotel is new and clean, but feels a lot more like a four star than a five

Beautiful hotel with breakfast and spa!

Beautiful hotel with modern decor. The service is wonderful. Thank you Maximo and Paolo for making us feel welcomed. The breakfast is delicious and it has salty and sweets. Is a little further from the city center but we didn’t mind.

Spent 2 nights here for a short break. Lovely hotel.... Spa was used both days and was lovely after long days sightseeing! Staff were very helpful and nothing was too much trouble.... Room was also excellent...spacious, comfy and had all amenities needed. It was rather warm in our room but we had a balcony so just opened the door. Didn't bother us enough to mention it to staff though! Breakfast was also good, plenty of choice and freshly cooked. All in all would definitely recommend!!

Property is beautiful. Front desk staff couldn’t do enough to help in any way but unfortunately the same can’t be said about the breakfast staff. Completely ignore you. Don’t offer tea or coffee. Options at breakfast are extremely minimal for a 5 star property. Bread and cakes were not fresh at all.

Taking over 1 hour to check-in and another 1 hour to check out. A waste of time there. Double confirmed with the front desk to check out at 8am, but finally the check out was done until 9am. Small hotel with difficulty to find the place. Would never recommend to anybody.

Hotel confortável e atendimento satisfatório para quem deseja ficar longe do centro. A não disponibilidade de estacionamento e a distancia dificulta visita aos pontos turísticos centrais. os hospedamos tres noches en este hotel y nuestra experiencia fue excelente. La habitación era grande, muy cómoda y extremadamente limpia, con toallas y tendidos de muy buena calidad. La atención por parte del personal fue increíble, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento. El desayuno fue muy bueno y las instalaciones impecables. La relación costo-calidad es insuperable, sumado a la amabilidad que caracteriza a todo el equipo del hotel. Sin duda, un lugar altamente recomendable.
