"Well situated for accessing the city. Due to our arrival time, we didn’t get to use the spa or enjoy breakfast. Room was spacious but could do with a fresh coat of paint. Disappointed that the extensive construction work around the hotel wasn’t disclosed at time of booking meaning that we needed to find alternative parking arrangements - the hotel notified us a couple of days before only."

"The B&B is very well located very close to the city center (Duomo). Room is with modernized amenities, very nice shower and bathroom. Very comfy space and everything is super clean. The people we interacted with either on line or at the room were really nice with us. The person that cleans the room helped us get a Taxi to the airport, as our phone was having issues to connect locally. This is a perfect place to stay if you want to visit Florence. Just make sure you read the instructions and...

"The room was a quiet and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. A little outside the historic area, but the taxi service was quick and efficient. It took about 10 minutes from the train station to get there, and there are quaint and delicious cafes and restaurants in the area. The gentleman behind the front counter was friendly, spoke good English, and was very helpful. He even called a taxi for us when the local taxi app wasn't working for us. at the time. A very enjoyable stay."
