Excellent

Agreable surprise que de découvrir notre hebergement. Magnifique maison de famille avec une hotesse acceuillante. De plus nous n'étions que 2 pour profiter de l'integralite des services. Les chambres sont confortables. La decoration avec toutes les photos et divers objets rendent le lieu chaleureux. Enfin le repas du soir avec un flettant a la mode Norvegienne etant délicieusement preparé. Le petit dejeuner avec le saumon fumé maison va nous permettre de tenir une journee de moto dans le froid. Bref...nous recommandons!

Et flott overnattingssted med sjel som vi absolutt vil anbefale. Også en trivelig vertinne som serverte en meget god frokost og tok seg godt av gjestene. Stedet har lading for El-bil.

Fantastisk sted

Dette stedet anbefales på det varmeste. Skikkelig gjennomført gammel stil. Rommet vi bodde på hadde gode senger og bad. Rent og pent. Veldig hyggelig vertinne som serverte kveite til middag. Skikkelig godt og med fløtepudding til dessert.

I have truly traveled the world over decades and no other hotel has been as friendly, comfortable, and lovely as this small hotel, a lovingly renovated historic farm home.. It's on a beautiful, mountainous fjord with hosts as kind and friendly as anywhere on our planet. The place is a real gem in several ways.

This is a gem! The host, Sigrid, is wonderful and the guesthouse is a beautifully appointed and comfortable rambling framhouse built in the early 1900s and lovingly restored. Be sure to take up the offer of dinner. Our halibut and lamb dinners were excellent.

Sjarmerende og veldrevet sted.

Vevelstad Gjestegård var virkelig et godt valg der det ligger vakkert til med utsikt til De sju søstre i havdisen. Gården er nydelig restaurert og blir drevet av et trivelig vertskap som gjør sitt beste for at gjestene skal få et hyggelig opphold. Sjarmerende og rene rom med gode senger, frokoster med hjemmelagede produkter servert i hyggelige stuer. Vi var og heldige og fikk servert to velsmakende fiskemåltider på huset. Vevelstad Gjestegård, verd en omvei!

Vevelstad går er et nydelig sted utenfor allfarvei (bokstavelig talt), men vel verd en omvei. Et rolig, "nedpå" sted, "mann og kone"-drevet - i beste forstand! Klassisk norsk lokal mat. Nydelig hage hvor roen senker seg med et glass til solnedgangen over Vega. Vi hadde kvistrom, koselig innredet, med nytt bad og balkong.

Sjarmerende med historisk sus.

Dette er et nydelig sted med mye karakter, sjarm, historie og varme. Sigrid møtte oss utenfor da vi kom og viste oss rundt og fortalte litt om historien om barndomshjemmet sitt. Vi hadde et trivelig rom og et stort bad som vi delte med noen andre gjester.Det var utsikt mot sjøen, og De syv søstre i det fjerne. Frokosten var enkel men velsmakende med bl.a.hjemmebakt brød, hjemmerøkt laks, hjemmelaget syltetøy og sild. Vi kunne benytte stuene som vi ønsket og en stor hage. Sigrid og mannen hennes er veldig imøtekommened og hyggelige som vil det beste for gjestene sine. Vi kunne også spise middag der, men da må man huske å bestille dagen i forveien. Vi fikk nydelig kveite på tradisjonell måte og rabarbrakake. Vi kommer helt klart tilbake hit om vi er på disse trakter.
