A bit off the beaten track, but still an amazing region and a very exciting place to visit, with high historical value. The hotel is seemingly focusing mostly on conferences and group trips, maybe not much for single visits. Wonderful staff at the reception and in the restaurant, yet it's open only for limited hours but doesn't send out any clear instructions to late-arriving guests. Few choices in the restaurant, but well prepared and creative food. Very well designed and cozy lodges/cabins for families.

Stunning stay!

Such a beautiful, idyllic stay - the cabins are lovely, the sauna and lake are peaceful, borrowing bikes was a highlight, and the food was incredible! We had the set menu supper and it was absolutely delicious and the service was great.

Fick ett mycket trevligt rum.som var välstädat och trevligt inrett. Trevligt naturområde för långpromenad och efter det rekommenderas en bastu. Avslut gärna med middag i hemma miljö. Hjälpsam och trevlig personal. Fantastisk ställe i unik miljö.

Firade vår årsdag

Vår vistelse på Wallby Säteri var det första, men inte den sista. Ägarparet var lyhörda för önskemål och delade med sig av tips beträffande mat och dryck som var användbara. En trevlig plats för par som har något att fira, en familj som vill uppleva saker i naturen eller ett gäng som vill vara tillsammans ett par dagar. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka.

Vackert landskap och bekväm vistelse.

Spännande att få bo på ett småländskt säteri i vackert landskap med sjö och bastu som del av upplevelsen. Maten god, åts ute på gräsmattan. Frukostbuffén utmärkt. Servicen vänlig, proffsig och flexibel. Trodde vid bokning att rummen låg i herrgården, men det var rum i röda stugor på området. Annars var allt toppen. Priset är högt.

Ett skönt och lugnt ställe. Har kan man relaxa och stressa av. Trevlig personal. Du kan vandra, gå ner till sjön och ro, basta mm. Här får man verkligen laddat batterierna. Utmärkt frukost med det man behöver. På kvällarna öppnar restaurangen, fick dock inte möjlighet att prova denna då vi hade andra saker att göra.
