"I was checked into Room 202 and after walking in, I did a full inspection. What I found was beyond unacceptable. The mattress had multiple brown blood stains and urine stains all over it. The top layer of the mattress was completely torn apart and disconnected, exposing the inside filling of the mattress. It looked filthy, unsanitary, and like it had not been replaced in years. The carpet inside the room was dirty and dusty, the bathroom looked filthy, the shower was stained, and the entire room had a horrible odor. When I brought the issues to supervisor on duty attention, the supervisor acted like he had no knowledge of the stained and torn mattress even though it was impossible to miss. Another guest overheard the conversation, and when I showed my photos as proof, the supervisor became hostile and threatened to call the police on me if I did not leave the property immediately. It felt like he was more concerned about people finding out how disgusting the hotel is instead of addressing the health and safety issues. Due to the unsanitary and potentially hazardous conditions of this hotel, I will also be reporting this property to the local health department and corporate management for further investigation. No guest should ever be expected to stay in conditions involving bodily fluid stains, damaged mattresses, foul odors, extreme heat, and filthy rooms.This property seriously needs to be inspected before someone gets sick."

"This is the second time I’ve stayed there and the hotel staff was very nice! The breakfast was just fine and the location is good because there is a CVS next door and a gas station and fast food nearby, as well as a movie theater in the parking lot. Negatives were there were multiple spilled drinks in the elevator and hall at times that were left there and you could tell my bedroom wasn’t fully cleaned. The sheets, towels and trash was all taken care of but you could see ring marks on the counters and nightstand and you could see the carpet had not been vacuumed because there were food crumbs in a very noticeable spot on the first day when I walked in. The rooms are nice and spacious and I do like the hotel. I think if they cleaned a bit more it would get a higher review."

"The staff was very nice and efficient. The room had been remodeled recently so the furniture was nice. The walls and ceiling particularly in the bathroom were very poorly patched up. The external doors locks were ripped out so that was a little sketchy. Worth the low price for a short stay."

"Holiday Inn is always a pleasure to stay at - well maintained facilities, great rooms that are modern and in good condition. A nice gym which is always welcome and great to be able to do a workout. Breakfast included is great - unfortunately the use of paper plates and plastic cutlery detracts from the otherwise well appointed atmosphere and high standards…. Would always opt for a Holiday Imn property if I have the choice."
