The staff was professional, friendly and provided us with information on things to do in the area. We enjoyed cocktails and dinner at the restaurant one night, with spectacular views of the lit castle. The pool and sauna were very relaxing after a day of walking and sightseeing. Would stay here again next time we are in Hunedoara."

"This is a great concept but not a great execution. New building but the furnishings are low cost. Very squeaky bedframe, dirty sofa in the leaving room, sparse bathroom with no shower curtain, cheap faucets and towels that have seen a better life. All white floors are beautiful but you can see all the dirty spots. Cleaning crew needs to do a better job."

We had some minor pickup checking in but that was resolved fast and everything was afterwards.
