Don’t waste money on ocean view. Maybe an inch after parking lot, road, then more buildings can be seen. Walking distance was good. Must cross busy road. Bathtub had not been clean. Still had dirt in it. Older hotel so do not expect much.

mi estancia fue del 9 al 12 de agosto 2026,una cosa es la reseña que se lee y otra es la realidad ,estaba en la habitacion 307 ,las cortinas churriosas y la parte mas asqueroa la de la cortina y mas sucia es donde esta el aire acondicionado aquello hay que botarlo, ,cucarachas grandes en la habitacion ,al lado de la puerta de entrada a la oficina hay un cesto pequeño de basura fui a botar basura alli estaba lleno ,rebosandose y al quitar la tapa las cucarachas empezaron a salir ,el tanque verde de basura que esta detras y debajo por la entrada al laudry lleno al tope y varios dias que no lo recogian ,durante toda mi estancia estubo desbordado , la piscina sucia ,churriosa ,y para colmo los carros parquean en la calle por el costado ,entran por la rejita ,se meten en la piscina como esten y cuando sale un residende ellos corren y salen y se van ,

The room was very outdated. We experienced roaches in the room. The balcony door was very hard to close, and it did not lock. The lavatory sink in the outside of the bathroom was very damaged around the sides. We paid for an "Ocean View" but we could barely see the ocean through a gap in the trees. Not hardly worth the extra money. On a positive note, the staff was friendly and the parking was easy.

Stayed for a night. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. The hotel itself needs a renovation its outdated. Furniture is outdated and dressed and drawers need to be replaced. Overall i gave it 3 stars because the room was clean and staff was friendly. Also, it was conveniently in a great location next to dining options and beaches.

Horrible!! They absolutely over price these rooms. No way anyone should pay that price for these conditions. I booked and paid online & when I show up a surprise fee now needs to be paid, which was not on the site whatsoever nor when they messaged me directly did they tell me. I had no choice but to pay it. The outside hotel is disgustingly, dog poop in bags right outside my unit for days. The room was DISGUSTING, no one can ever tell me they clean those room. Hair, bugs, dirt on the floor. Kitchen is disgusting. The toaster started smoking when we tried to use it. I bought foods for the 4th and what I had on the counter I had to throw away as they are infested with ants. So I wasted so much money doing that and since I discovered it the evening before the 4th I couldn’t even replace it so the celebration did not turn out the way we planned. When I advised the front desk all she said was oh you can’t leave stuff out, it’s normal. No ma’am. I live in florida and I leave foods out on my counters all the time. I think our neighbors live there full time. We were two girls and they made us VERY uncomfortable, today at 7am like 7 police cars for those people! My last morning was filled with fighting, cops & giving statements. The door HA lol the knob/lock is falling off, a child could break in. We had to push furniture against it. Zero sleep cause of those neighbors who party all night and fight. And lastly, you’ll smell weed all the time in your unit. HORRIBLE!

It was a perfect stay! Great for young couples, and families. We had a maintenance request and they resolved it immediately while we were away at Disney. The staff are all so nice and welcoming, especially Amanda, and overall it was a great stay! If you feel nervous about the other reviews, don’t! It’s completely worth the price. It’s definitely not luxury, but it’s cost effective, the location is PERFECT, and genuinely has great vibes all around!

I stayed in the 2 bedroom room in the old building and it is xtremely old looking room, it didnt look as the ones advertised. Stains in the ceiling, furniture was falling appart in the bedroom and kitchen. Room was well equipped but it hasnt been upgraded forever. And it had a very unpleasant smell. Dirty windows. Great AC I also booked another room in the newer building for my parents and that one was good. Front desk staff were supper nice and helpful. Pool was nice and clean Proximity to the beach is unbeatable, also very convenient parking right in front of my front door. Bery noisy at night since cars came to the across the street parking lot with loud music until 4am.

The pool was nice. The rooms were only a block from the beach. The suite was more than we expected, with a full kitchen and a comfortable living room. The balcony had a view of the ocean. The mattresses, however, were very uncomfortable and saggy in the middle from overuse.

My husband and I stayed in Suite C at the Royal Inn on Hutchinson Island for one night and had a wonderful experience. The suite was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located near the beach, making it the perfect spot for a quick getaway. A special thank you to Priya, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and professionalism truly made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend the Royal Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay on Hutchinson Island.

We travel in family , We stayed for one night, and everything was ready when we arrived: clean rooms, parking available right in front of the room, and everything in good working order. The beach was very close—an excellent spot—though we would have enjoyed it more if not for the sargassum on the beach.

The only nice thing about this place was the girl at the front desk. I believe her name is Pria. The rooms are horribly run down. Had to wear shoes inside because the floors were horrible. I don’t know how often they clean them, but I can assure it isn’t often. The location is good and the pool was nice. Two words…never again

The staff and the location was amazing. Walking distance to the beach and eateries. The points taken away are from the upkeep of the property. Doors rusted, and the phone did not work in our room. It may have been because the hallway power was out and there was no lights. The railing on the balcony was loose so be careful if you lean on it. In closing, the staff belongs at the Biltmore, and the facility needs to be built more. There were lots of patrons while we were there, so the inconveniences didn't spoil people having a good time. Invest in a little TLC and you'll be able to double the size of the hotel!
