Nice location...but

Like staying here close to I 95 and plenty of restaurants and shopping close by. They allow pets which is good. Property needs updating and bathroom needs painting and get rid of old tile and rust.

The price was good and the place basic and clean. They should put a sign as to where the office is - as its hidden in the iHop - not within the actual motel buildings. The soap dispensers where empty, lucky I had my own. The electric system in the bathroom was faulty and may lead to bigger problems. Overall, it was an okay place for the money.

It was good very clean nice rooms the only bad thing I can say about it was some of the people there stayed up all night and hung out by the balcony definitely should have a policy in place about loitering

Stayed at the hotel for a quick overnight on a business trip. Hotel is fine for this purpose. It has been undergoing renovations, but the rooms are nicer than they were last time. This is an "economy" hotel, not a vacation spot.

Checked in and went to room. Lots of parking. Room had been remodeled pretty nicely. Comfortable bed and linens. Bathroom was clean. Water pressure was a bit lacking but it did the trick. Outdoor courtyard was nice. Easy drive to downtown. We would stay again.

My stay was very good and the front desk person (Tasha) was amazing, very friendly, helpful and she called my room to see if everything was good also to see if I needed anything. We need people like her all the time, She really made my visit a very good stay and the room was very nice!

There was nothing special about the motel. The rooms were clean and they served their purpose. It's conveniently locates behind a iHop so no need to look for places to eat. We were in the area for a soccer tournament ans needed a place to spend the night.

Good experience

The agent was nice that checked us in. The property over-all needs updating and cleaning. The room was nice but the ac unit was not able to cool the room due to high temperatures. Rates $ were good.

I would not recommend anyone stay there unless it is your only option. The entire situation felt unsafe. There were people sleeping in their cars at all hours of the night. I was in a room next to a guest with 3 pitbulls that he could not control. It was a poor experience. I left the property after 10 minutes and just paid double the price elsewhere. The staff at the check-in was nice.

Unbelievably horrible

First room had no working bathroom Light or tv. Second room they put us in AC didn’t work. Third room smelled of dog urine. Manager was very fine at check in Mr Patel I believe his name. Definitely go across street to Vero beach in
