Started off good, friendly staff, clean lobby and room. Room was a bit rough, shower barely drained and fan didn’t work because the switch was damaged. But the real reason our stay was just okay was that the room phone rang in the middle of the night, like 1am. It only rang once so not sure what that was about.

I think we got a room that was recently renovated and it was so fresh and clean and nice ! We were very comfortable, the room was cozy, we were on the end and we loved that. The parking lot was a little dicey for parking. It would see that a lot of workers stay here and they have big trucks to park at the end of the day. Over all though, great hotel. Conveniently located for shopping. We will stay here again!

A good stay

The location was excellent for moving around Vernon - we stayed there for 2 days and the access to necessary travel roads was awesome. The room was great - clean, well furnished - but we found the room short on towels and accessories (toilet paper).
