"Everyone at the check in desk was first rate but Brady was a cut above! When there was a mix up in our reservation and we were almost out of a room, he put on his super hero cape and got us a room on the perfect floor with an excellent view. Thank you, Brady, you're the man! And Malcolm, the bartender was as friendly as he could be to my daughter, granddaughter and me. He made us laugh and kept a smile on our faces during our interactions! It was PERFECT! I am truly impressed with Springhill...
"The dog that barked all night in the room across hall was painful almost until 2am. Woke up by construction worker in room directly above us hammering and dragging stuff. Must have been around 8am. Rough night sleep for family but the gal at check in was great. Thanks for the effort."
