Pleasent Stay

Comefortable and pleasent stay and an enjoyable 3 day break away from the UK,Hotel is situated just across from the Railway Station and a few minutes away from centre of town ,Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful ,the Hotel is old and dated but comfortable to stay and the breakfast was very good,i would return to stay again if ever in Venlo.

Good price and good memories to me

During last 18 years, whenever I visit at Venlo, always I stay here. So, this hotel is the place that holds good memories for me. The hotel is closed to Venlo station and I can feel a long history with good price. I will be back again when I come back to Venlo.

A different room to my previous stay, yet although smaller it was acceptable nevertheless. Bed comfortable. Breakfast every day from 7am, is good for a traveller like myself. The provision of hot food at breakfast was much appreciated. Staff were attentive when required.

Very old room :(

Very old room. I will not prefer to stay in that room again. Poorly maintained bathroom and equipment. It is good to have a parking lot, the staff is very attentive. I wish they would renew the rooms, it would be a great hotel. The location is great.

Honest staffs

I left my bag with our pocket money and all our passports where we had our breakfast in the hotel. After 20 mins one of the staff came and returned my property intact. Thank you to the staffs that day.

We booked this hotel, with price $134 from expedia, but we were charged more than $134, when we asked the receptionist, he said that his price is correct, we showed him our expedia hotel confirmation, he did care. Very disappointing. We won't come back and book this hotel anymore.

Located opposite the rail and bus stations and a short walk to the town centre, it's very convenient. The character hotel was very welcoming. The single room was a decent size and comfortable. Only a small pillow was provided ( a huge square one was in wardrobe). Bed was ok and I slept well. Breakfast was a delight with hot and cold fare. Though replenishment wasn't always timely.
