The hotel was absolutely spectacular—everything from the cleanliness to the decor and amenities exceeded my expectations. However, the bartender service was a bit slow, which was disappointing given how amazing everything else was. Overall, still a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!”

Cerro Tusa Springs – A Tropical Paradise! Cerro Tusa Springs is an incredible jungle oasis with stunning natural beauty. The accommodations are cozy and perfectly blend with the resort’s tropical theme. Food was delicious, fresh, and full of local flavors. The natural springs and heated pool offer ultimate relaxation, while the lingual adventure suspension bridge course adds an exciting touch. With edible fruit trees, lush rainforest, and plenty of activities, this resort is a must-visit for nature lovers and adventure seekers alike. Simply amazing!

They gave me a room that I had not reserved, it looked like an abandoned warehouse, without air conditioning, with rugs piled up in a corner, a single bed and a mattress on the floor, and at night we had a rain of worms all over the room that spread They entered through the roof. It was the worst night of my life.

Desinformación desde el inicio. 1) En la reserva se menciona check out a las 9pm … en el Lugar te anuncian que a las 12pm de la habitación e instalaciones a las 9pm (???) 2) No se menciona que el ingreso es una calle en muy mal estado no pavimentada en la cual puedes dañar tu vehículo 3) El lugar no tenía toallas…. Personalmente me tocó ir a retirarlas en recepción porque no lo recordaban 4) El agua caliente no funcionó … por lo que el agua helada era imposible para usarse en la ducha 5) Al no tener agua caliente fue imposible usar el jacuzzi del lugar por el cual se había pagado 6) Permitieron que huéspedes usaran bafle Internamente en las zonas privadas, de muy mal gusto 7) Poco nivel de atención de los trabajadores, lo que se menciona en buena atención no sucedió nunca! En definitiva pagar casi USD 200 de reserva … por una sola noche … no lo es … Muy Mala Experiencia. Al final tuve que quejarme y solo dicen que no era su culpa nada y no cobraron 3 comidas …. La mala atención hasta el final y grosería

Is not amazing, it is Impressive

This place is impressive, you are around nature all the time, the cabanas are well designed, comfortable and around trees everywhere, I’m Colombian but I never been in a place like this. The service is outstanding, the pools are beautiful too.

El lugar es bonito y son pocas cabañas pero dejan entrar a muchas personas a pasa día y la piscina se queda sin espacio para las personas que estamos hospedadas. No me parece un ambiente familiar para ir con niños, no hay mesas en el restaurantes hay que comer en la barra. No me dieron la cabaña que pagué, me dieron una totalmente diferente y que era más barata,
