"We arrived quite late to the hotel and the hotel staff had kindly help to call a taxi for us at dinant train station (as the trams had stopped) had a very pleasant stay overall. beds were comfortable and hotel was clean"

"Wir wurden am Flughafen abgeholt, obwohl das nicht vereinbart gewesen war. Die Taxis wollten die Fahrt wegen der kurzen Strecke nicht übernehmen, der Manager holte uns ab und war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden auch am nächsten Tag um 04.45 Uhr gratis wieder zum Flughafen gebracht. "

"This little out-of-the-way hotel is great for travellers in-transit to the Charleroi airport. Choose this hotel instead of a corporate-owned chain - it is family owned and I felt treated like family. Whatever you need, they assist you with it personally. I had a nice large glass of wine to unwind before bed, a fresh croissant in the morning, and an on-demand ride to the airport. The hospitality was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again (and I travel a lot!)."
