"Room was beautiful and clean with a fridge and water/coffee provided. Room looked to have been recently renovated, bed was very comfortable and we thought a steal for the price. We had booked the apartments on bocca di leone but were placed in a room in the apartments round the corner where reception is on via della Croce it’s only 2 min walk difference. "Under the bathroom sink was rubble for work down ( plaster) that i cleaned. The pullout couch sheets were not clean. it took forever to get a brown to clean the room. we were rationed toilette paper, i bought my own and were advised that we would have one set pf towels for a week stay. Thankfully the cleaning lady gave us extra towels,. the front desk was very short and seemed bothered when we asked for direction ( this was our first trip to Rome, Italy and we were celebrating my daughters...

"Loved this hotel! Staff was very helpful, the room was bigger than expected and the breakfast and view was outstanding! Would recommend this hotel for its location to Vatican, shopping, Trevi etc. spacious rooms made it very comfortable and felt very safe. Thank you!"

"Anuncian que tienen parqueo disponible. pero al llegar puede estar lleno y te envían a otro, más caro que el anunciado por ellos y bastante lejos. No hay donde parquearse frente al hotel para bajar maletas. Debe hacerse en la calle con luces de emergencia para evitar problemas. Hotel muy bueno, pero sensación de llegada terrible.
El aire acondicionado no funciona bien ya que es insuficiente o lo tienen restringido. Si afuera está fresco, debe decidir si sufrir calor o abrir la ventana...

"Clean & great location. However, air conditioning was an issue. Though advertised as present on Expedia, it was not, not being turned on until our last night.
It was later explained that with our stay being in mid-April, it was customary not to have air conditioning on in Rome (despite the warm weather). We were provided a fan and kept the windows open to reduce the uncomfortable heat and stuffiness, despite there being considerable morning street noises.

"This accommodation was perfect. The location is ideal for anyone wanting to see old Rome -- it is in the middle of everything!
