Västanfjärd Packages (Flight + Hotel)

Check in was very slow. Was only person in line and two agents were at the counter. Both on the phone

Our room was ready when we arrived so we were able to check in upon arrival at around 1:00 pm. The room was clean. There were a great variety of restaurants and food court offerings, The service was great. There was an assortment of stores, a cigar bar that my husband enjoyed, and of course the casino on the premises. It was located on the strip so easy to walk around.

Room needs better cleaning.

Our stay at the Paris was good overall but it's really 2 separate reviews. First when I booked the Versailles Tower I was not aware (or made aware before the booking) that this tower is not actually on the Paris Resort property but is a renovated tower next door at the Horseshoe Resort. I got this information from people on Facebook and Reddit. They mentioned that when staying in the Versailles Tower that you should check in at the Horseshoe hotel unless you want a very long walk. Same goes for parking. The room was great but as it was my first time at the Paris I don't know how it compares to the main tower. There is a walkway that connects the two resorts together so you don't have to walk outside. When you get to the casino level you are in the Horseshoe. This hotel and casino is a big step down from the Paris hotel and casino. The second part of the review is about the Horseshoe Valet and Bellmen since this is who helps you when you are staying in the Versailles Tower. We were very pleased with the staff in both departments. Again they are Horseshoe staff not Paris staff. I don't think I would stay in the Versailles Tower again as it's not connected to the level of hotel you are paying for.

There was a convention going on so we were upgraded to the Crockfords. Our stay was AMAZING!!! We did end up in the Conrad our last stay because we had to extend our stay due to a snow storm back home. This was a beautiful facility. The staff was lovely. (Except the lady who answered the phone when I called to ask about the coffee… she was a little short) I’d definitely come back. Oh the breakfast wasn’t that great… but I guess that’s fine….
