"The front desk woman (Pam, I believe) was absolutely outstanding. She was friendly and helpful. I came in on a Sunday when they happened to have quite a few openings. We chatted a bit and I told her I came here specifically to ride Iron Gwazi at Busch Gardens (yeah, I know). "Perfect location and one of the best properties in the area. Suites are spacious and new. I’ll be staying here again during my next visit to Tampa. Perfect for larger groups or families."

"Marriot Residence Inn in Princess Palm Tampa FL needs a renovation! Appliances are not up to date, and there was a dent in the refrigerator door. Also they were greasy.. Mold in Shower, baseboards dirty! Floors dirty. Ice maker didn't work in Fridge, no hot water in kitchen sink, 3 inch's of water in dishwasher, didn't dare use it, bathroom sink was plugged up, lighting was so low you could barely see anything in the room. Anyway, you could see globs of plaster in the bathroom.. just isn't up...

"The rooms were very quiet."
