"All staff superb both at reception and throughout the property. Rooms large and immaculate with all amenities. Property superb. Location peaceful and relaxing with balcony and view of the lake. Only 5 mins by car to Kastoria town. 8-10 Euros by taxi. Would have liked to stay longer if we had the time. "

"Stayed here June 2026 with my wife. I would not recommend this hotel. Feels like it is going out of business. Hotel is in desperate need of an update. Carpet in my room was well worn. Bedding was basic. Regarding service quality, front desk evening manager was very rude. When asked about in-room AC, was advised it was unavailable, despite the heat. Sad, because my experience staying here in 2013 was completely satisfactory."

In general it felt like the hotel has great potential, but even the pool was drained. The breakfast was served in a very small portions and didn't felt fresh. "It suited my purpose. Nothing fancy, but adequate. Only disappointed that when I arrived early all the way from America, they didn't allow me to check in for several hours when the place was empty, and they didn't offer to let me leave my heavy backpack with them while I waited. I had to walk around with it for a long time. Also, it was a hot day, and when I asked how to use the air conditioner in the room, rather then just pleasantly give me the remote for it, I had to hear a comment about it...
