"Everything was very good, except they forgot to leave a towel for the shower. I told the representative at the desk and they brought us another towel."

"I did not like this property.it was too far away from the city of sao paulo. The toliet did not work eventhough they fixed it. The pool its actually not par of the hotel but part of the water park and a public poor."
