However, the overall experience was let down by inconsistent service. The front desk team, in particular, was disappointing—the manager did not follow up on a concern raised or provide the information promised. Additionally, a late-night disturbance from housekeeping, who rang the doorbell multiple times due to a room mix-up, was both inconvenient and avoidable.
While the hotel excels in its physical offerings and dining, improvements in service—especially at the front desk and housekeeping—are needed to match the otherwise high standard of the property."
