I’m assuming one of the guests from the downstairs rooms with the shared bathrooms had found it and been using it, but the management really should have checked before we arrived. "excellent glamping experience, the view is spectacular. you can see the whole snow-capped Caucasian mountain range right in front of your room, Room is comfortable. bathroom is excellent. Staff service is wonderful. you can enjoy fantastic view when you have your breakfast.
