"THE HOST AND ALL THE THINGS WERE VERY GOOD, IT IS NEAR THE MAIN ROAD AND THE ROOM AND WEASHROOM WAS CLEAN AND WELL MEINTAINED."

"Very clean and good customs service"

"Good property closer to gate 4 temple."

"Nice hotel - we were there during a busy holiday so price was no doubt a bit higher but good location, walkable to many areas and the river. Staff was really nice. Room was clean. Only slight downsides were the sandals in the room were clearly used but they provided daily paper slippers. Also, bathroom design is a bit funny where you walk through the shower area to get to the toilet and sink. Thus, after a shower, you have to walk through a wet floor and also the sink/toilet area gets wet. But,...

"Good , Clean and staff was very good . But no spa or recreation area"

"Staff is helpful and that’s the biggest positive about this hotel. The location while close is not really close as you have to take a rickshaw to get to temple and ghats are far. The location is near a Urinal and smells really bad. The biggest issue I faced on day 1 was unclean bathrooms and unchanged bedding. They changed my room since the toilet leaked. So the staff is prompt and that’s good. But there is an issue with the toilets, water pressure and cleanliness of toilets. Rest the staff is...

"The property had an amazing ambience, also it was so clean and beautiful it gave the feel of a 5 star property. The staff was really polite and helpful. Had a great experience"

"A great hotel in a great location. One pro tip that will vastly improve your stay in Varanasi: utilize their travel agency, Trip Choice Travel, run by Miss Varsha. Varsha is an amazing woman that goes far beyond just a travel guide. For example, if I tried to get a tuk tuk to go 2 km, it should cost at maximum 100 INR. When I tried to reserve one, it was impossible to get them to go below 200 INR. With Miss Varsha negotiating for you, you can get one for 50 INR or less. She helps you avoid the...

"I was surprised to see how clean the rooms were and how close it was to everywhere. The staff were very professional and put all in effort to make our stay pleasant."

"I am often in Varanasi for work, and always stay at te Diamond. It is near both to the center city and riverfront and to the university and yet quickly accessible to the route to the airport and train station. The staff are helpful, from arranging cars for longer road trips to providing all the necessities of a hotel stay. The rooms are quite large, and the bathrooms have recently been remodeled, a further plus. The restaurant is good."

"Overall nice staying there"

"Not to the standard, the bathroom was very small, and the shower did not work. Not going back again. Sanjay H"
