The room rates are lowered already due to the construction site and also all the online booking channels have mentioned it. The below text is copied from the site where you have made your booking, on the bottom of the page have the text "We should mention" and under that "Construction is underway at a neighboring building and there may be noise disturbance from the construction work." We are sorry about the bad experience during your stay. The construction work supposes to be ready after 6 months if you planning to come to Vang Vieng again we hope that you will stay in our hotel again that we can give you a better experience about our hotel.

Thank you for your review. About Wifi connection, at Laos, the net connection is quite unstable, so in some days it can be a little bit slow. Also, it can be slow if many guests are using it at the same time but most of the time our guests have been happy about our wifi. Dear guest, Thank you for your review! Yes it's true that all of our Deluxe Double rooms windows are towards to mountains to south or north of Vang Vieng. But you wanted to have view to river and mountains in west, so we kindly changed the rooom for you. Unfortunately all of those rooms which having view to west are twin bed rooms but anyway you wanted to change it We really sorry about the loud music from next building. Buddhist lent which took 3 months just ended so at this time of year people have lot of weddings, birthdays parties etc.. And unfortunately we can't do nothing about it beauce in local culture is very rude to complain or just go and tell them to be more quiet .Only police can do it without loosing a face but normally they don't do it but they will just join into the parties. We want to thank you for staying with us and wish all the best for you!!
