"Excellent Customer Services.."

"Very helpful staff, great Gulf side room. Undergoing some renovation so only one elevator working but didn’t create too much of a problem. Great location, nice people."

"Staff has been fantastic."

"Continent"

"couple things .. there were holes in the wall where a picture had been ripped off or something but they just left the holes there, the tub faucet was falling off and rusty, no trash can in the bathroom, an annoying dog barked for 8 hours straight in the next room , luggage carts are horrible , breakfast was acceptable"

"Muy bueno el hotel me encantó"

"The room we stayed in was on the 4th floor and it smelled like a stale nursing home. They really need to pull the carpets and give the place a face lift. The staff in the lake grill could improve in the friendly department. Best part was the steak restaurant. Food and staff were great!"

"Very clean, close to I-75, well maintained, good operation for sleep 2 nights"

"The hotel is clean. The staff is great. Recognition to Megan at cocktail hour. Her speed in getting to everyone, restaurant recommendations. She make the stay experience perfect."
