We were on a floor that appeared to be recently renovated. The hallway carpet was still plush and new. We noticed that the rooms didn't have carpet, which seemed like maybe easier to clean. What I can tell you about that flooring is that my upstairs neighbor put their suitcase on the floor around 4:23am and wheeled it all the way to the door. There is very little sound barrier. Breakfast was good. Check in was easy.

Found out when i got there that when i booked the room the date defaulted to the same day i booked the room. Was advised my stadd this has occurred with other guests. Advised to email GM for refund for night i didn't stay. Lucky they had a room for me rhat night. So far I've emailed the GM twice with no response. Would be a higher review if this had been resolved. Staff on site were great.
