"I struggled with this one. The staff were great, the bed, albeit a little soft, was quite comfortable. Linens were nice. The breakfast was quite good, The reason for 2 stars is only due to almost NO HOT water. We booked a 3 night stay in a deluxe room on the 3rd floor. #5. I was only able to have one shower with some hot water. My wife boiled water in the kettle and tried to clean up in the bathtub. They do say it takes five minutes for the hot water to come, but there was essentially no pressure (only an trickle) and throughout our stay with the exception of one time, hot water never came. We tried early morning , afternoon and evening to take a shower. It’s too bad because there’s a beautiful bathtub in this unit. I spoke to the staff a couple times about the issue. I heard it’s a common issue. I do you like the hotel, the view from the roof and our room, the staff…however, having a shower and getting cleaned up on a daily basis is important. "

"Property was well maintained and location perfect for walking tours around the neighborhood to see street art. Breakfast spread was the best so far in our trip to Chile. Staff was very friendly and helpful."

"Staffs and services are good, no issues. Breakfast is good, lots of choices. The only gripe is the location. Yes, it's central, close to everything. Walkable distances to all attractions, grocery, foods, buses. But may be that's its curse, close to downtown, shady neighborhoods. Front door needs to be unlocked by an inside staff for you to get in (oddly, all day-n-night). One time I was locked out since the desk staff was nowhere to be seen. May be that's just everywhere in Valpo, not just the hotel? Disappointed that a seaside town left so bad of a taste for me."

"Great location in Valpariso, close to the open air street art gallery. Very comfortable bed and pillows, room was spacious and clean. Cons are, the shower / bathtub was leaking, very hard to get in and out. The breakfast is tiny, small portion of eggs and avocado with bread, and you are unable to get any extra food. We ended up eating breakfast out afterwards. Overall cute and affordable hotel in the heart of Valpariso."
