"Everything was very good. Notice that the pool heater was not working but my stay was not predicated on the use of the pool."

"The good Zoo is two minutes away and the encounters are wonderful. The hotel site is in the middle of beauty. Would definitely return. Visit was early March and trying to visit the glass gallery was hard bec of their liminted hours and then it was closed for inventory. "

"The bed spreads along with the bathroom floor and shower were covered in long black hairs. "

"Using towels felt like drying with 220 grit sandpaper. TV remote did not work. One fire door to outside had a broken hinge and did not close, another doors latch was broken so it wasn't a secure entry way. Parking lot needs resurfacing and painting."

"Room 316 the bed closes to the window has a very big dent in it. Could not get a comfortable sleep. The Hot Tub and Pool needed some care, They both were very CLOUDY. I took pictures of both. Not clean .. Great Day!"

"This property is very dated. I have stayed at many SpringHill Suites and this does not meet the mark for their line. The beds were comfy, however the bathroom had some mold noted on the ceiling, and everything was very early 2000’s. There were issues with the card systems, and staff was extremely helpful. The elevators were filthy. "
