"Shampoo isn’t included, so if you are cool with using a bar of soap for shampoo, then by all means stay here 😂"

"Very dark area Television didn’t work."

"Friendly staffs, clean room and hotel was comfortable to sleep."

"Very Few parking spots but overall nice Stay"

"Do not, i repeat, do not make the mistake i made. I chose that hotel because it was cheap and had better ratings then the rest. Those good ratings must have been done by staff members or friends because i have never been to a hotel and felt disgusted enough to leave the minute i started to unpack. I looked at the sheets, they were dirty, the pillows looked like it had drool and blood on them. There were hair in the sheets, and the comferters looks so worn down. I did not feel like having my kids...

"There were roaches everywhere the water doesn't get hot the fridge and and bed were nasty with stains all over there were broken tvs in my room there was no housekeeping and my room didn't even have a trashcan the mirror was broken and on the floor the towels were nasty 0/10 do not recommend"

"Stayed here after a Napa concert so arrived late, 11.pm. Staff amazingly friendly, from reception to housekeeping! Big, modern, quiet room. Neighborhood is meh but parking was free and we had no car issues. We'd stay here again"

"The buffet was fantastic with a variety of options. Room was very clean as well."

"Honestly, the most beautiful property I’ve ever stayed at. From the service to the amenities everything was five star diamond star all the way."

"Arrived before the regular check-in and they were able to give us our room. Staff was very friendly and quick. Pricing was great, breakfast was very good, close to downtown Napa, hotel was nice and clean. The only thing that wasn’t working very well was the toilet tank. We stayed for one night so we managed to make it work. Overall stay was good, and I would stay again :)"

"Hotel was in a good location, clean well kept. Nice breakfast buffet. Staff was helpful finding a place to ship wines"

"The location was ideal for our basketball tournament in Martinez. Right off the freeway in a quiet area. The staff was welcoming and the lobby was very festive which delighted my kids. They had free popcorn and a 24 hr coffee and hot chocolate machine. The hotel parking was pretty full, but inside it was quiet and calm. The breakfast offered lots of choices and staff were attentive to refill and clean up. We will definitely be back!"

"Toilet kept running and had a small flushing issue"
