Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Excellent experience, pleasantly surprised with amenities not advertised; e.g. guests can use hotel-owned mountain bikes free of charge, to explore the extensive property
The Rooms were eclectic and very clean. The atmosphere was amazing and very relaxing- off the beaten path. The staff was very accommodating and the breakfast under the tree was very good!

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was nice however, because there was a second floor the heat does not reach the first floor. It was really cold and uncomfortable. Also, something as simple as orange juice which should be available at any time is only available after 9 am? Not coming back to this place especially for the price.
comfortable bed, architecture, dining options, bar after dinner all of the above made our stay memorable. Itzel and Oscar were our servers at the Wine Garden and they were amazing!
THE best place to stay, brand new, outstanding staff, Great dinning options, cafeteria is also a bakery with fresh bread, it is a no brainer to stay here

We stayed in the Ático room and were disappointed by how noisy it was. The room lacked adequate soundproofing - we could hear conversations from the neighboring room, people walking by, cars coming and going, and the morning staff chatter since the room faces the back. Unfortunately, this made it difficult to get proper rest.
We were also disappointed that the hot water only lasted about 20 minutes before turning cold. If we were to return, we would likely choose one of the rooms separate from the Mercado, as they seem to offer more privacy and a quieter experience.
One suggestion to the hotel would be to add a few more in-room amenities, such as an iron and better lighting, as the room felt quite dark at night. It would also be helpful to provide a brochure or QR code at check-in outlining the hotel’s services, as we often had to go to the lobby for information and were only given a WhatsApp contact after asking.
Our experience at Bruma was nothing short of spectacular. The resort is amazing, and the staff goes way above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. We never left the resort and enjoyed all of the dining options which are also world-class.
Absolutely LOVED our stay with Bruma Wine Resort. The wines and food were amazing, and we loved how there was so much to do on the property. From multiple restaurants, coffee cafe, lounge, shopping, etc. Will 100% come back. Highly recommend.
This place is incredible. Every detail is taken care of. The staff warm and friendly. The food options and wine were wonderful. Could not have been a more wonderful time and experience. We will most definitely be back!!
The hotel was beautiful, service was great. It took us about an hour to check in due to a big party that arrived before us and we totally understand that.
The rules were OK. We had a nice balcony.
The downside is that those rooms are super noisy. You can hear everything from next-door very uncomfortable specially with the price they’re paying for the room.
People were walking in the hallways, and I was able to hear it in my room in the morning. There were sweeping the floors and I was able to hear that from the room..
Overall, the staff is great. The rooms are good. I will definitely come back to try other rooms but they need to work on soundproofing the hotel so we can have a good experience..
We are absolutely in love with Bruma! We have stayed at both Villa Montaña and Casa Ocho rooms. They are absolutely incredible. The service is incredible, the property is gorgeous, and the food and wine are some of the best you will get in the Valle. The architecture is also beautiful and the rooms are well built (good construction, plumbing, internet, etc.) Many thanks to Ruth, Maria, and Luis for making our stay extra special. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trip in the Valle!
The property is excellent in the middle of the desert. It’s beautiful. The only thing that I noticed is that it lack of proper signals that can guide you around the property.
In regards of the property, Restaurant, you just can say it’s wonderful with one of the best cuisines I ever taste in Mexico. Fauna Restaurant is a very interesting concept of service due to the fact that they see you in long tables so you can mingle and talk to some other people that are not properly in your group. It’s very interesting. I like it now in regards of the winery, it was a pleasant wine tasting. I got two bottles, one red, one rosé of their wine.
I have to admit that at the beginning it was a little rocky because I didn’t receive the welcome that I expected but the next day Ruth one of the managers of the place applied my VIP status and took me to a wonderful place that is called Casa eight there I enjoy the place we had breakfast next day prepared by the service people of the house and really enjoyed the stay
For sure, we are planning to return in the near future and now knowing the place better take advantage of fall what it offers
Again, Ruth was crucial in the better understanding of all what happened in my stay
Overall we had a great time, but it didn’t start off well. As a couple reviewers noted, we weren’t aware that there are three hotels on this property and, of course, we booked the one that doesn’t have a pool (Atico). I think this information needs to be more explicit on Expedia's site (and on the hotel's website as well) and/or in the booking because we were very disappointed when we discovered our error. Thankfully, we talked with the staff and they were kind enough to hook us up with daily access to one of the pools for a nominal fee. Problem solved. We had to drive to it every day because it’s a sprawling property, but it was easy. Plus the pool is worth it; It’s small but refreshing and in the middle of a beautiful vineyard, flanked by a massive oak tree. The friendly staff supplied us with all the wine we wanted. It was never crowded - one day we had the pool completely to ourselves.
The only other negative was: lots of stairs. Our room was on the second floor and even the bed in the room was in a loft. We brought our two dachshunds, so we were carrying dogs up and down stairs a lot. I actually appreciated the exercise, but be prepared for stairs - there were no ground floor rooms or elevators at Atico.
Overall, it’s a lovely property, the staff is super friendly, the restaurants on site are really good (Fauna definitely deserves their “Best Restaurant Mexico 2023” award from 50 Best), and their Ocho wine label puts out some delicious wines. Thanks Bruma!
