It advertises free WiFi but that is only available in the small lobby on the first floor. None in the rooms. Very disappointing for traveling in a new city. Temperature in the hotel was extremely hot and even after turning the thermostat way down the room never got down to a comfortable temperature.

False Advertisement X 2

False advertisement in general... that was our experience. The charges advertised in Hotels.com were not the charges applied by the hotel. The Hotel charged us twice as much for the rooms. Since we arrived late to an unknown city, we did not have much of a choice but pay and stay. It was hot in the room. We did not know this hotel did not have A/C, so we called the front desk and we were offered a fan for each room. We called twice but the fan never came. We slept with the windows open. The windows do not have protection, so families be extremely careful with children... DO NOT let them approach the windows if open. Next day at the front desk checking out and ready to get out of there we asked why we were not given the fan they offered. Their answer was that the night shift did not have personnel to help the guest. we'll never know if that was true, but we doubt we'll ever go back to this hotel. Hotels.com...never going back to you either.

Ubicación perfecto, servicio bueno, cuarto limpia, y comida rica. La única cosa que pido es para aire condicionado en el cuarto. En general la visita fue excelente.

Pésima estadía, hotel antiguo con poca comodidad

Hotel antiguo, el calor en las noches es desesperante y no cuentan con aire acondicionado, la segunda noche conseguimos un ventilador y ayudó un poco. En la noche no apagan la bomba de la piscina y no podíamos dormir por el ruido. No había tv cable, duchas en regular estado y poco personal para atender a todas las habitaciones. La verdad el precio es excesivo para lo antiguo y poco cómodo que es el hotel. No volvería a quedarme y menos con niños ya que no cumple en nada con las espectativas.

Los estacionamientos pésimo, dejan que se estacionen en la bajada, para llegar con las maletas al piso dos de esracionamiento , es horrible y para bajar en auto, hay que ser un haz del volante para no raspar la pared o raspar a los autos mal estacionados, más de media hora esperando y mo sacaron los vehículos
