Hotel location, breakfast, parking are good. However, the mattress is horrible. I cannot sleep for 2 nights I stayed there. The mattress is not straight and old, it causes me backpain. The chair and sofa in the room are very dirty so we cannot even sit there. The lobby is clean but not the room. Hope the hotel management can read and improve the room condition since we actually enjoy the facilities there.

We enjoyed our stay. We got a king bed with jacuzzi. Everything was clean, bed was comfortable. Indoor pool and hot tub were great. There is a delicious Indian restaurant right by. Very close to the outlets. Staff was 10 out of 10. Free snacks and beer/wine at 5 and full breakfast buffet in the morning. Loved our stay!

Rooms need an upgrade
The hotel is noisy due to thin walls. It was also not very clean. The rooms could use better clean and upgraded fixtures etc. lamps had different bulbs emitting harsh light. Hotel was not cozy. Bathroom shower and toilet b were beat up, stained, etc.

Just wasn’t the best experience for me.
The key cards to my room did not work. I had to go back down to the lobby and have them redo my key cards and go back up to my room and try them again. One of them still wasn’t working the other one worked after the second try. I went out to have dinner and came back and had problems getting into my room again and had to try three or four times until the key finally worked. When I got into the room I saw multiple stains on the furniture and the carpet which were not to appealing. Unfortunately I couldn’t sit relax and eat the breakfast that was provided due to a few of your guests that were coughing and sneezing all over the place without covering their mouth I decided to quickly grab some thing and go eat in my car. Just wasn’t the best experience for me.

Had an amazing weekend getaway with my husband for my 35th birthday. My room was everything I expected it to be. Everything was neat & clean! The jacuzzi tub in my room was perfect! The front desk staff Bee was AMAZING! Bee went out of her way to make me feel special on my Birthday! Thanks Bee! Wonderful customer service! Breakfast was good! Will definitely return! Highly recommended for an enjoyable stay.

Freezing pool and horrible toilet paper
I give 5 stars for the hotel staff, food, and service. I chose this hotel primarily because of the indoor pool. This pool is unusable because the water was freezing cold. Also, toilet paper is like sandpaper, had to buy our own.

Night staff is amazing. With water so scarce, I would love for you guys to manage shower outpour. No water= no more life, no more hotels, no more fun. Check out shower heads, they put out enough water to fill 3 bathtubs in a few minutes. That is not great. Good stay!
