I missed the note highlighting reception shuts at 6pm, but I telephoned the contact number and my key was waiting in a lock box. Great location, central and easy 10 min walk from train. Interesting building with quirks and features - I'd stay again

Rooms were a little small but the hotel was clean, with good breakfast and easy access to shops and station

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Utrecht. Very quirky (stairs are awesome!) and the room was well appointed with a very comfortable bed. Staff very friendly and helpful!

I stayed in the Eye Hotel in late October / early November 2017, while visiting Utrecht for a concert at the Tivoli Vredenburg. The hotel is conveniently situated about 10 to 15 minutes walk from Utrecht Centraal railway station (and about 10 minutes from the Tivoli Vredenburg venue). This part of the city has a wide choice of bars, restaurants and shops, and yet is not overly busy - so not excessively noisy. Wijde Begijnestraat itself is quite quiet except for morning and evening rush hour...

The staff were all outstanding - so friendly, cheery and helpful. Accommodation and facilities were stripped back but very stylish and comfortable. We had a fabulous view of the Dom tower from our "Full Moon" bedroom. Breakfast very generous, tasty and well-served. Fantastic central location but surprisingly quiet. We really enjoyed oyr stay.

Great stay at this hotel over a weekend. The room was huge, well equipped and comfortable. WiFi was excellent. Staff superb.

Our first stay at this hotel. Literally 2/3 minute walk from the train station. 30 minute train ride from Amsterdam Central. Hotel breakfast was plentiful and offered a good variety. Bar served tasty food/drinks. Room spacious, everywhere very clean. Staff assisted us with minor issue re room card.

Very beautiful hotel at a nice, quiet location. Loved the breakfast but there weren't a lot of varieties. However, it's a very neat hotel. My family and I loved it.

Stayed for 1 night to break up journey from Germany back to Rotterdam. Lovely hotel. EV charging (on electroverse app) and pleasant reception staff. Unfortunately did not make use of the pool and i did find the bed too soft but that is my preference and not a negative for the hotel

Clean room, friendly staff, good food

Excellent hotel! The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and couldn’t do enough. We did not eat in the hotel but the food seemed good. The room was large and clean. We decided to do the self clean option which meant we didn’t have our room cleaned every day, this was to be eco-friendly, and as a reward the hotel would give you a voucher for a drink every day you did self clean! Very happy with our stay and will be returning to this hotel!

A lovely hotel in a good location. A little bit of a walk from the station but not too far. Lovely apartment with all equipment needed, quiet and clean.
