Incredible and kind front desk. I stayed there a week and they took excellent care of me. Over and beyond care. I will always remember the Leonardo Utrecht front desk staff. Great location, easy to walk to the train station and into the University. Gorgeous room with wonderful window light and view of the tower.

Nice single room, very central and almost next door to Tivoli Vredenberg concert hall, controllable heating, very clean, friendly staff. I will stay again next year.

Refurb required.

Main benefit is the location of the hotel, close to central station, shopping malls and restaurants. The hotel is outdated and needs a major refurb. The rooms is big, very dim as no main lights as only wall lights. Not very cosy or comfortable.

If you’re not going to Utrecht to stay in your hotel (I mean, why would you be?!) this is a great place to stay. It’s close to everything that you need. The staff are great. The rooms are clean.

Good for one night. Our room smelled like smoke. Staff gave us an air freshener but smoke smell was embedded into the room. Pictures make this place look better than it is. Great location for traveling by train and walking around the heart of the city.

The staff were really good at Leonardo Hotel Utrecht. There was a problem with the TV in my room, for which someone came up promptly and fixed it. Also the online check OUT service (leaving room key in room) is something I have not seen in other hotels, and is a really good service.
