Very nice and cozy lounge area to relax and grab a tea / snack. They have a "fun area" with table tennis and even a squash court. The restaurant was also great to dine in.

We had a very pleasant stay at Las Hayas. They had a nice pool, 3 hot tubs, a nice little gym, a cocktail bar with some food items and a nice restaurant. The cesar salad from the bar was very good the other items were fair. The restaurant was nice but also with a small menu. I would recommend trying the restaurant and bar menus out but for multiple dsys try to eat in town because hotel location is semi remote.

Most of the staff were excellent, friendly and professional. The concierge staff were fair. They did not respond to a request for a pickup from the harbor, they could have been more helpful about activities and restaurant reservations.

Best to stay in rooms with city or port view. We stayed an extra night in standard mountain facing rooms. These are smaller and the beds had holes that sinked in due to broken mattress springs! The spa facilities were great!

Absolutely amazing place, foam gel pillows, amazing spa, staff is magnificent and the lobby and views are spectacular. Please upgrade the coffee service so it matches the rest of the hotel/service, the only downside was terrible coffee.

The location and views are absolutely fantastic, and the property is well-maintained. The spa is a highlight, offering a truly relaxing experience. My only suggestion would be for the chef to enhance the vegan options. Breakfast and other meals are quite limited for vegans, and the dishes I tried, like the soup and salad with tofu, lacked flavor. Vegan doesn’t mean we don’t want delicious food! With some attention to this, the dining experience could match the excellence of the rest of the property.
