"So Kristina, at the front desk is excellent, she goes above and beyond helping us with our reservations.It's been screwed up a couple of times and it's always been her to fix it. She is always friendly and always willing to help.
In housekeeping, our favorite is Ralph.He remembers us and always knows how we like the room.And it always smells fresh after he leaves. He always goes out of his way to make our room comfortable.
