"Lilium Valley in Ollantaytambo was perfect for us. Communication with the hosts was excellent during booking and they answered all of our queries. A bonus was off-road parking for our rental car. The hosts were welcoming and ensured we had everything we needed. They offered us an early breakfast due to our early start onto the Inca Trail. The accommodation is only a short walk to the main square but was very quiet. We would definitely recommend Lilium Valley."

"The hotel was clean and the staff was very helpful and kind. However, the hotel itself is poorly designed. To start, there is terrible ventilation in the guest rooms. My room was stuffy and uncomfortable the whole time, and I can’t imagine how much worse it could have been for anyone struggling with the altitude in Cusco as well. The showers were also terrible. There is nothing at the bottom of the shower that prevents the water leaking out of the shower so we had to build a dam of towels to...
