"I can't say enough good things about this hotel, very clean, but still a cave with air conditioning which is rare. The staff are amazing and very friendly who want to make the stay magical. We arranged tours and transfers with them and when a balloon tour was cancelled, they jump through hoops to ensure we got our money's worth with another 2 tours.
